Our hiring process:
1. Case Study
After checking out your LinkedIn profile as part of your application, we’ll present you with common challenges related to the open position we’re hiring for, and you’ll choose which one you’d like to solve.
2. Interview
After reviewing your case, we’ll schedule an interview to understand how you approached the challenge and what your thinking process was at the time. We’ll also talk about real technical and people-related challenges from the role and hear how you’d handle them in practice.
3. Feedback
After the interview, we’ll get back to you within up to one week with detailed feedback, whether positive or negative, commenting on what you presented during our selection process. We’ll definitely get back to you, ok?
