Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Succes Consultant at Ecomiles, you will be part of a dynamic team passionate about developing customer journeys. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing support for clients and users;
- Monitoring the customer journey and identifying their needs;
- Problem-solving and clarifying doubts;
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of products/services;
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback;
- Working together with other areas to improve customer experience;
