Role and Responsibilities
As an Account Executive at Ecomilhas, you'll have the opportunity to work with an engaged and innovative team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Adaptability and flexibility: the marketing environment is constantly changing, and the ability to quickly adapt to new trends, technologies, and challenges is essential.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to optimize performance, which is essential for dealing with the many ABM challenges that may arise along the way
- Project management: ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring alignment with ABM objectives
- Creativity: develop innovative and creative approaches to engage target accounts and differentiate the company in the market
- Results-driven mindset: strong focus on goals and outcomes, with the ability to measure campaign success and adjust strategies as needed
- Digital marketing knowledge: understanding of digital marketing tactics and channels relevant to ABM strategy, such as online advertising, SEO, email marketing, among others
In This Role, You Will…
- Develop a strong understanding of B2B marketing: having a solid understanding of the B2B marketing environment is essential for developing effective ABM strategies
- Work with marketing and automation tools: it's recommended that the ABM team be familiar with marketing automation tools, CRM, and other relevant technologies to execute ABM campaigns
- Analyze data: collect, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision-making and continuous strategy optimization
- Content strategy: ability to create relevant and personalized content that resonates with the specific needs and challenges of target accounts
- Communication skills: strong communication skills are crucial for effectively collaborating with sales teams, leadership, and other ABM team members
- Account management: manage client relationships, understand their needs, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
- Sales collaboration: work closely with the sales team to align strategies and ensure both teams are focused on shared objectives
