About the role
We're looking for a GTM (Go-To-Market) and Operations professional with a strong analytical and operational mindset and a passion for sustainability to help drive our growth. This position focuses on ensuring that our products and initiatives reach the market efficiently by coordinating teams, data, and processes. You'll act as a bridge between strategy and execution, technology and customer.
What you'll do
- Design and execute GTM processes: from ideation to the rollout of new features and commercial initiatives.
- Map and automate operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Build and track performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM and operations.
- Work alongside with the product and technology team to align operational needs with the product roadmap.
- Develop playbooks for different customer segments and implementation journeys.
- Participate in growth strategy, helping prioritize channels, regions, and strategic partners.
- Act as a bridge with the Customer Success team, to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience.
What we expect from you
- A strong passion for sustainability and urban mobility.
- Experience in operations, growth, strategic consulting, PMO, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, with solid proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools.
- Familiarity with no-code tools (Notion, Airtable, etc.) is a plus.
- Clear communication, execution-oriented mindset, and autonomy.
