How redemption works

The ecomiles you earn from your sustainable trips can be exchanged for rewards in the app’s Store. Ecomiles offers an international Mastercard card (Green Card) that works as a redemption method—your ecomiles are converted into credits that can be used to purchase gift cards and partner products.

Prerequisites

Before redeeming, make sure that:

• You have enough ecomiles balance for the reward you want
• Your registration is complete and verified
• Your registered email address is correct (receipts/codes are sent by email)

Step 1 — Check your balance

Important: Redemptions are irreversible. Once confirmed, ecomiles are deducted and the gift card is generated. You can’t cancel after confirmation.
