Our Hiring Process:
1. Case Study
After reviewing your LinkedIn profile based on your application, we'll present you with real-world challenges related to the open role — and you choose which one to solve.
2. Interview
Once we've reviewed your case study, we'll schedule an interview to understand your thought process and ask about technical and interpersonal challenges in the role — and how you'd tackle them.
3. Feedback
After the interview, we'll get back to you within one week with detailed feedback — positive or negative — on how you did during the process. We always follow up, promise.
