About the Ecomiles Urban Miles Program:
The rewards program was created exclusively for VOLKSWAGEN employees who commute sustainably using their electric, hybrid, or ethanol vehicles, by recording their route and mode of transport in the Ecomiles app and being rewarded for avoiding CO2 emissions.
Your rides are recorded, converted into positive environmental impact, and you also receive a financial reward.
How the Ecomiles Urban Miles Program Works
Couriers can record their trips during deliveries using non-polluting means of transport:
- Ecomiles app available on Google Play or the App Store:
- Registration with a corporate email: Use your corporate email ending in @volkwsagen.com.br to sign up and automatically be linked to the Ecomiles + Volkswagen plan for employees
- Register your VW vehicle: By tapping “My Vehicles” in the app, the user can register the license plate and the vehicle's propulsion model in order to unlock the recording of trips using ethanol or electric transport modes in the app
- Record trips and earn Ecomiles: With the information duly validated by the API, the user can now record trips by sharing geolocation, which can be turned into rewards in the App.

Throughout the pilot, the campaign managers will track, via the Ecomiles commuting decarbonization dashboard at https://business.ecomilhas.me the results of data collection and app user engagement.

- Check-in via GPS when starting your delivery with non-polluting transport
- Check-out upon arriving at the destination, with subsequent trip validation

FAQ - General about the pilot program
Which certifications are tied to the neutral mobility credits?
Not much! Just record your rides by bike as you already do on deliveries there in the Ecomiles app
Which permissions are required for compliance integrity?
Nothing, you can stay in the program and resume at any time.
How do we validate a non-polluting trip?
Track your balance directly in the "Green Card” tab in the Ecomiles app; there you will see your total redeemed.
What if I use another means of transport?
Only trips made with private or rented bicycles (except TEMBICI) are valid for the program. If you use any polluting vehicle to try to obtain the benefit, your trip will be rejected. If our system detects simulated trips, the user will be subject to the banning policies in accordance with the app's terms of use.
