Signing up on the Ecomiles app is super easy! In just a few steps, you can start turning your trips into sustainable rewards.
1 – Download the app:

2 – Create your account
Confirm the app is downloaded and take the first step on your green journey!
On the home screen, select “Create your account” and follow these steps:
- First, select your nationality.
- Then, choose the document you want to register: CPF, ID, or Passport.
- Next, enter your full name (avoid abbreviations). If you’d like to be called by a preferred name or nickname, there’s an optional field for that.
- Finally, provide the email address you’ll use to sign in to the app.
- To finish, create your password. It must have at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (*, @, #, $, etc.).
Note: If you work for a company that partners with Ecomiles, please use your corporate email address when signing up.
