1. Registration:

1. The Grand Prix AYA HUB is a digital decarbonization campaign promoted by Ecomilhas in partnership with AYA HUB, taking place from December 18, 2025, to March 20, 2026.
2. Ecomilhas is a reward-based decarbonization platform. The use of the Ecomilhas app offers exclusive benefits to users who travel by walking, public transportation (bus/subway/train), bicycle, electric bicycle, flex-fuel vehicles, or electric vehicles, in accordance with eligibility criteria.
3. Registrations are non-transferable. Participants are not allowed to share their accounts with third parties.
4. Ecomilhas reserves the right to refuse or revoke any registration at any time and/or disqualify any participant if the rules set forth in this regulation are not followed.
5. User registration must be completed by downloading the Ecomilhas app on a mobile device, accessing the “Challenges” tab, selecting the edition title, and clicking “Register.”
6. Ecomilhas and the State Innovation Center reserve the right to postpone or cancel this edition of the event.
7. Users who already have an account registered with their corporate email will be automatically enrolled in the Grand Prix State Innovation Center. Users who join after the campaign start date may still participate, but will not receive additional days for route validation to offset late entry.

2. Campaign Duration

Routes completed between 5:00 AM on December 18, 2025, and 11:59 PM on March 20, 2026, will be validated by the app and counted as points (Ecomiles) in the edition’s overall ranking.

3. Scope

The use of the platform and the rules described herein are exclusive to members of the State Innovation Center – São Paulo, for trips between home and office, corporate travel, or office-to-home commutes.

4. Route Validation and Allowed Transportation Modes

1. The transportation modes allowed in this edition are: i. Walking ii. Bicycle/electric bicycle iii. Subway and metropolitan train iv. Municipal or chartered bus v. Electric vehicles (with prior registration) vi. Flex-fuel vehicles with verified ethanol refueling
2. The number of Ecomiles accumulated per mode follows the conversion rates and avoided carbon calculation methodologies, as described in the article available here.
3. Validation of routes taken with electric or ethanol-powered flex vehicles is based on user geolocation monitoring through the Ecomilhas app.
4. To ensure route validation, users must grant location permission set to “Always” or “Allow all the time.”
5. Validated Ecomiles are determined by distance traveled, plus any additional Ecomiles from campaign challenges proposed during specific periods.
6. Users submitting routes using ethanol-powered or electric vehicles must register the vehicle in the app (both cases) and upload a refueling receipt (flex vehicles only).
7. Ecomiles reserves the right to reject submitted routes if its validation algorithms are unable to accurately verify the trip.
8. All routes are valid according to Ecomiles’ validation rules; app usage is not limited to home–work commutes only.
9. Throughout the campaign period, Ecomiles scoring may be adjusted due to gamified dynamics within the app. These adjustments do not affect avoided carbon calculations and are applied solely for engagement purposes.

5. About ranking and prizes:

1. The ranking is updated in real time as routes are validated. A summarized view will display the top 10 positions, along with each participant’s individual placement while the campaign is ongoing. Final ranking positions determine the prizes as follows:
• 1st to 5th place: R$50.00
• 6th to 10th place: R$25.00
2. Prize payments will be credited to the participant’s Ecomilhas digital wallet and transferred via PIX, provided all eligibility criteria outlined in this regulation are met. Awarded participants will be notified by email in advance.

6. BONUS ELIGIBILITY

1. Routes completed using electric vehicles or ethanol-powered vehicles are not eligible for bonuses in this edition. Although they may be scored within the app, they will not count toward ranking points.
2. Only State Innovation Center members who register at least two approved routes in accordance with app rules will be eligible for prizes.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. In case of need to process information related to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Personal Data"), Ecomilhas and STATE INNOVATION CENTER will comply with laws involving the protection of Personal Data and privacy, in particular, the rules and guidelines contained in the General Data Protection Law - Law 13.709/18 ("LGPD"), as well as all subsequent regulations that provide for privacy and protection of Personal Data in Brazil that may be issued by the National Data Protection Authority.
2. Any form of processing, including but not limited to access, use, collection, production, receipt, classification, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction, and sharing of Personal Data will be authorized and limited to what is strictly necessary. The use of Personal Data for any other purposes is prohibited.
3. Ecomiles commits to maintain the confidentiality of Personal Data, ensuring that access is strictly limited to those individuals involved in its processing.
4. STATE INNOVATION CENTER will not have access to to individual route data.

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This regulation may be amended and/or the project suspended or cancelled, without prior notice, due to force majeure or any other reason beyond its control. Participants must:

i. Act in compliance with legislation, not practicing illegal acts of any nature.

ii. Act and demonstrate correct and ethical posture in carrying out activities, not putting themselves in risky or suspicious situations.

2. Participants declare awareness of this Regulation and assume all obligations described, with no legal or contractual impediment to carrying out the operations provided herein. If any of the requirements of this regulation are not met, or in case of doubts, divergences or suspicion, evidence of fraud or bad faith by participants, which in any way violate the objectives and rules of the project, of this regulation, STATE INNOVATION CENTER is entitled to exclude participants without prior notice, and they will not receive prizes.
