About Registration:
The Grand Prix for Leaders 2024 is a digital decarbonization campaign promoted by Ecomiles, designed to encourage participants to choose lower-emission transportation options.
Participation in the 1st Urban Miles Program for Leaders is exclusively open to SELECTED PARTICIPANTS OF THE 24/25 EDITION who are users of the Ecomiles app and travel by walking, public transportation (bus/metro), bicycle, electric bicycle, flex or electric vehicles. The campaign is exclusive and free for the 68 program participants, which will take place from 08/05/2024 to 03/05/2025. Any registration from a user not belonging to this group will be subject to further evaluation.
Registrations are non-transferable. Participants may not share or grant access to their accounts to third parties at any time during the campaign.
Ecomiles reserves the right to refuse or revoke any participant's registration at any time and/or disqualify any individual from the event if any of the rules of this regulation are violated.
Registration for the Grand Prix ProLíder 2024 will be done EXCLUSIVELY through the app, promoting the download of the Ecomiles application through an exclusive registration link shared via the WhatsApp group. Registration remains open throughout the campaign period. Payment and access to the ranking are enabled through the following link:

Since 100% of the amount will be allocated to the ProLíder Fund, which supports participants' travel and accommodation costs, there is an open amount to be donated as the registration fee, which may include a free option. Once registration is confirmed, the user will be automatically placed in the participant ranking, as described in the app onboarding flow available in the app usage tutorials.
About Campaign Duration:
All journeys started from 5:00 a.m. on August 16, 2024, and completed by 11:59 p.m. on March 16, 2025, will be validated by the Ecomilhas app and converted into points (Ecomiles), which count toward the campaign’s overall ranking.
Ecomilhas reserves the right to postpone or cancel this edition of the campaign if necessary.
About Route Validation and Allowed Transportation Modes for This Edition:
The allowed modes for this edition are:
- Walking
- Bicycle/electric bicycle
- Metro and metropolitan train
- Municipal or intercity chartered bus
- Electric vehicles (subject to prior registration)
- Flex vehicles with verified ethanol refueling.
The amount of Ecomiles earned for each mode respects the same conversion rate of the methodologies and calculation of carbon avoided per mode, which can be consulted here.
Proof of the route taken with an electric vehicle or flex vehicle fueled with ethanol is based on monitoring the participating user's geolocation through the Ecomiles app.
The validated Ecomiles are determined by the distance traveled, as well as the addition of Ecomilhas from any challenges proposed by the organization during the campaign period. Users submitting routes using ethanol-powered or electric vehicles must register the vehicle in the app (both cases) and upload a refueling receipt (flex vehicles only).
How to record journeys in the app:
Ecomiles reserves the right to reject routes submitted by participating users if the algorithms adopted for validation are unable to verify the route taken with accurate information.
Routes started before the start date and time or finished after the final time and date of the edition will not be counted, even if the route started within the deadline, before the campaign ended.
About Ranking and Awards:
The ranking is updated instantly as a route is validated. A summarized leaderboard displays only the top 10 positions, along with an overview of each participant’s position while the campaign is ongoing, as illustrated below:
The position the participant achieves will determine the event's award, distributed as follows:
- 1st to 3rd place: R$ 500.00
- 4th to 6th place: R$ 100.00
- 7th to 10th place: R$ 50.00
Prize payouts for Grand Pix Leaderships ProLíder 2024 will be made via a single PIX transfer on March 17, 2025.
PIX keys (preferably CPF) will be collected during the in-app registration process, in accordance with Ecomilhas’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
INTERACTIONS DURING THE GRAND PRIX PROLÍDER 2024 RANKING
Throughout the campaign, participants may redeem benefits offered by partner brands through the Ecomiles in-app store, available via gift cards or PIX transfers.
All gift card redemptions are processed in a single payment within up to 48 hours after redemption. For users subscribed to the monthly plan, PIX redemptions to the CPF-linked key are processed on a monthly basis.
Daily redemptions from partner brands are limited to one per day, ensuring proper fraud auditability and certification of generated credits.
