About registrations:

1. Registrations:

1. The Grand Prix AYA HUB is a digital decarbonization campaign promoted by Ecomilhas, in partnership with AYA HUB, and will take place from December 18, 2025, to March 20, 2026.
2. Ecomilhas is a reward-based decarbonization platform. By using the Ecomilhas app, users gain access to exclusive benefits when commuting via walking, public transportation (bus, subway, or train), bicycle, electric bicycle, flex-fuel vehicles, or electric vehicles, in accordance with the eligibility criteria defined in this regulation.
3. Registrations are strictly personal and non-transferable. Participants are not permitted to share their accounts or grant access to third parties.
4. Ecomilhas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, suspend, revoke, or cancel any registration at any time, as well as to disqualify participants who fail to comply with the rules set forth in this regulation.
5. User registration must be completed by downloading the Ecomilhas mobile application, accessing the “Challenges” section, selecting the edition title, and clicking “Register.”
6. Ecomilhas and the State Innovation Center reserve the right to postpone or cancel this edition of the event, should circumstances require.
7. Users who already have an active Ecomilhas account registered with their corporate email address will be automatically enrolled in the Grand Prix State Innovation Center. Users who join after the campaign start date may still participate; however, they will not receive additional days for route validation to compensate for late entry.

2. Campaign Duration

Routes initiated from 5:00 a.m. on December 15, 2025, and completed by 11:59 p.m. on March 20, 2026, will be validated by the Ecomilhas app and converted into points (Ecomiles), which will count toward the edition’s overall ranking.

3. Scope

The use of the platform and the rules described in this regulation are exclusive to AYA HUB members - São Paulo, commuting from home to the office, on corporate trips or from the office to home.

4. Route Validation and Eligible Transportation Modes:

1. The transportation modes eligible for this edition include: i. Walking ii. Bicycle/electric bicycle iii. Subway and metropolitan train iv. Municipal or chartered bus
2. The amount of ecomilhas accumulated by each mode follows the conversion rate of the methodologies and avoided carbon calculation according to the article that can be consulted here.
3. It is important to ensure a valid route that the app's permission to access geolocation of the device is configured to "All the time" or "always".
4. The validated Ecomiles are determined by the distance traveled, as well as by the addition of Ecomiles from any challenges proposed by the organization during specific campaign periods.
5. Ecomiles reserves the right to reject routes submitted by participating users if the algorithms adopted for validation are not able to accurately ccurately confirm the trip.
6. All routes are considered valid provided they comply with Ecomiles’ standard validation rules; therefore, use of the app is not limited exclusively to home–work commutes.
7. Throughout the campaign period, the Ecomiles scoring system may be adjusted due to gamified engagement dynamics within the app. These adjustments do not affect the calculation of avoided carbon emissions and are applied solely for engagement and competition purposes.

5. About ranking and prizes:

1. The ranking is updated in real time as routes are validated. Participants will have access to a summarized leaderboard displaying the top 10 positions, as well as their individual ranking position, while the campaign is ongoing. Final placement determines prize distribution as follows:
• 1st to 5th place: BRL 50.00
• 6th to 10th place: BRL 25.00
2. Prize payments will be credited to the participant’s Ecomilhas digital wallet and transferred via PIX, provided that all eligibility criteria outlined in this regulation are met. Awarded participants will be notified by email prior to receiving the prize.

6. BONUS ELIGIBILITY

1. Routes taken with electric or ethanol cars will not be eligible for bonuses in this edition. Even if scored normally in the app, points in the user's ranking will not count
2. Routes completed using electric vehicles or ethanol-powered vehicles are not eligible for bonuses in this edition. Although these routes may be recorded and tracked in the app, they will not be counted toward the participant’s ranking score.
3. Only State Innovation Center members who register a minimum of two approved routes, in accordance with the app’s validation rules, will be eligible for prizes.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. Should the processing of personal data become necessary, Ecomiles and the State Innovation Center commit to full compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, particularly Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/18), as well as any subsequent regulations issued by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
2. Any form of data processing—including but not limited to collection, storage, access, use, transmission, sharing, or deletion—will be strictly limited to what is necessary for the execution of this campaign. The use of personal data for any other purpose is expressly prohibited.
3. Ecomiles commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal data, ensuring that access is restricted exclusively to individuals directly involved in its processing.
4. The State Innovation Center will not have access to participants’ route data.

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This regulation may be amended, or the campaign may be suspended or canceled, without prior notice, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Participants agree, when using the app, to:

i. Act in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, refraining from unlawful conduct of any kind.

ii. Maintain ethical and responsible behavior, avoiding situations involving risk, misconduct, or misrepresentation.

2. By participating, users acknowledge and accept the terms of this regulation and assume full responsibility for compliance. In cases of non-compliance, disputes, suspected fraud, or bad faith—regardless of form—the State Innovation Center may exclude participants without prior notice, with no entitlement to prizes.
